Refund and Cancellation Policy

How subscription cancellation, unused voice deposits, duplicate charges, failures, and legally required refunds are handled.

Effective July 22, 2026 · Version 2026-07-22

1. Canceling a subscription

You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal available in Dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access normally continues through the paid billing period. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

2. Subscription refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins because platform access is immediately available. We will refund duplicate or unauthorized charges we verify, charges caused by our billing error, and amounts required by applicable law. We may issue a proportional service credit or refund for a verified prolonged outage attributable to us.

3. Voice-deposit refunds

Unused, purchased voice-deposit balance may be requested back to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. Amounts already consumed by generated audio are final and non-refundable, except for duplicate metering or a verified service error. Promotional, bonus, test, or courtesy credits have no cash value.

4. How to request

Email info@churchaudioai.com with the account email, organization name, transaction date, amount, and reason. Do not send full card details. Approved refunds are submitted promptly; banks commonly take 5–10 business days to post them. Taxes are adjusted when required by law.

5. Payment disputes

Contact us first so we can investigate quickly. This does not limit any statutory chargeback or consumer right. Fraudulent abuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension while the matter is reviewed.
