Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited conduct

• Clone, imitate, or publish a person's voice without informed, legally sufficient permission.
• Impersonate another person, deceive listeners about synthetic media, commit fraud, or create misleading endorsements.
• Generate unlawful threats, harassment, exploitation, hate, sexual abuse material, or instructions facilitating serious harm.
• Upload content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, organization isolation, metering, safety limits, provider rules, or service security.
• Probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or use the service to build a competing model except where law expressly permits.
• Use the service for emergency communications or high-stakes decisions without qualified human review.

Enforcement

We may remove content, disable a voice profile, limit providers, suspend service, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, or enforce this policy. We consider context, severity, recurrence, and remediation.
